FAQs

Can i buy products in person in laramie, wy?

Absolutely. I frequent many local craft fairs, stock at Atmosphere Mountain Works in the holiday season, and create custom pieces one-on-one. Check out this page for in person events.

can you make a custom piece not pictured here?

I am very open to explore new creative ventures, and am open to collaboration. That being said, I will not copy other artist’s ideas or styles. Feel free to schedule a phone call to chat further!

do you take orders from outside of laramie?

I absolutely do take orders from outside Laramie. We can work out a method for our consultation, such as emails or phone calls, afterwards we’ll do corespondents through the USPS. I’ve had hundreds of customer outside of Laramie. :)

how long does an order take to be delivered?

Once the order is placed and I have the ashes if applicable, you’d be looking at around a month for turnaround time, depending on size of order and how many orders I have in the queue. Times can very, but I’ll keep in touch with you as needed. I’ll let you know a more exact answer during a phone consultation.

How do I send you the ashes?

In a sealable sandwich bag, with a letter outlining what you’d like made all in a small postage box. Please NO ENVELOPES, (lets not get homeland security confiscating Grandma.) I’ve done this hundreds of times. No issues at all so far!

How durable are your products?

Borosilicate Glass (Pyrex) is known for its durability. It’s used in making laboratory equipment & kitchen ware to withstand high heat. It’s as durable as glass can be, but it’s still glass, so treat accordingly. Also, one thing I love about glass is it can be 100% sanitized.

How to order

1. Fill out a super quick form to share what you’ve got in mind, even if it’s half-baked.

2. We’ll hop on the phone to talk through the process and get on the same page.

3. We’ll take it from there - sending ashes if applicable, making the piece and taking payment.

I look forward to co-creating special heirloom pieces for you!
